We as humans have our limitations. Right? I do not agree, and neither should you. Until now, our brain has been conditioned to impose these constraints on us, beginning with our birth, and this will continue until our death if we do not choose to change it. The science, school system, and social conditioning that have been constructed around us are relatively new. In the past four or five centuries, our conditioning owing to social duties has been focused on a small number of characteristics that we term success and happiness. The technological revolution has made humans more comfortable than ever before in history, but it has also caused them to forget what true happiness is, as they continue to seek it in material possessions and social obligations. No longer is a university degree essential for gaining a reputation and making a mark on society. It has been superseded by money today. Etiquette and values have been lost to time since, according to contemporary standards, they no longer ensure success. Unfortunately, this is not the case. What if I told you that you agree with what I am saying because you are one of the few individuals who have chosen to pick up this book and read it? You still choose to read instead of listening to an audiobook, viewing it on YouTube, etc., despite the fact that society has conditioned you to do otherwise. Permit me to briefly depart from the matter at hand to mention that only 12 to 14% of the population can read, and only 20% of those who can read do so frequently. You are not mistaken; you can compute and figure out what percentage of the reading population you represent. So returning to brass tracks. What is the meaning of our lives? “Happiness is the purpose of life” “Sat-chit-ananda.” This satisfaction can be attained by achieving, whatever you dedicate your time and effort to. Yes, it can be generated, which is why there are so many books on the market about The Secret and the law of attraction. This book will discuss the parts of life that require reconditioning in order to structure your existence. In reality, it is not the objects described in this book that can be altered, but rather any aspect that conforms to the universal norm. Therefore, let’s begin with comprehending the Creation, Vibration, and energy I’ve been talking about.
I’m sure you’ve often pondered the question of who created the world. Why are some individuals always happy while others are always unhappy? What more does this physical body contain? Who am I? is a question that has plagued and perplexed all of humanity for aeons. There are numerous scientific and spiritual texts devoted to solving the topic of our existence and origin. When we examine the past, we find references to something called energy, soul, spirit, and consciousness, which controls us and reveals who and what we truly are. Quantum physics in science emphasizes that the universe is not material but only energy. Quantum physics demonstrates that everything is composed of energy. What we see as matter is actually an illusion of energy and light indicating that there is no physical reality. This dates back to Thomas Young’s experiment in which he began to disassemble the atom and discovered that it included protons, neutrons, and electrons. In truth, we have not descended to the level of Quartz, etc. It was discovered that in the very center of these objects, there was no material at all and everything was energy. Using interference of light waves, this experiment was accomplished for the first time in 1801 and offered evidence that light was a wave and not a particle. It is a vortex of energy, a tremendous energy field, and all atoms are these energy fields; the significance of this is, well, obvious. You can Google Thomas Young’s double-slit experiment for more information. According to quantum theory, everything is only energy, yet we see ourselves as physical structures. The most peculiar aspect of this experiment was that when an observer was present, the screen had photons, but when the observer was withdrawn, the screen contained only energy. This aspect of having an observer will be discussed in a later text when we examine how to construct the reality we desire. Therefore, the experiment demonstrates conclusively that manifestation begins only in the presence of an observer, and that when the observer is removed, just unmanifested energy remains. According to many Vedantic writings, when this energy manifests, it is referred to be Consciousness, “shakti”, “prakriti”, etc.
So now, instead of believing me or any ancient document such as “The Sacred Bible,” “Srimat Bhagwat Gita,” “Shri Guru Granth Sahib,” “Koran-e-sarif,” and several other holy writings, you should believe the following. To ensure that you are able to proceed with the rest of this book’s content, I have provided you with a physical confirmation of Young’s experiment. You should go with your journey toward manifesting the life you want even if you do not agree with the premise that everything is energy. Just proceed under the assumption that everything is energy. As we move on with the exercises in subsequent chapters, things will become more transparent as we discover the creation.
Let’s examine our existence in this universe using the example of television and broadcast signals (We’ll refer to it as Consciousness, the same divine energy we discussed). Imagine that the antennas on a television set are picking up the ambient signal (Consciousness) like a broadcast, and that the cell responds to this broadcast. Since everyone has a unique set of antennas, everyone receives a unique broadcast field. This is what physicists mean when they refer to the energy we live in as awareness. So we are all in a field, but each of us receives a highly exact and unique signal; this is what makes us feel distinct from one another, as no two persons share the same self-receptors. Consequently, if the cell is analogous to a television receiving a signal (awareness), then what will happen after the television’s lifespan has expired and it breaks? So the television has just died, but is the broadcast that I was viewing still available? This is why we say, we construct our world and take it with us when we die. Consciousness is always there with this transmission. So when a new television is plugged in, I turn it back on. Apply the same logic to humans. Due to a collection of receptors receiving an external signal that we call consciousness or God’s energy, I have an identity. When I die, I will have no reception, but my transmission will continue to exist in the form of God’s super consciousness. But there is no television to convey it. When a new life with the same set of self-receptors appears in the future, I will return. With a different body but the same antenna, I’m back online. To construct the life we choose, we must therefore tune the antenna such that it accepts diverse broadcasts, a new and prosperous existence. I am aware that the technical aspects are difficult to grasp, but it is necessary that you do so in order for you to comprehend the idea of energy, vibration, and rebirth.
It is important to remember is that the character you portray in this life is actually sent back to your source, as your brain does not hold your consciousness in your mind. It is crucial to notice that your thoughts are not confined to your head, but are distributed throughout the field (Consciousness). Sir Albert Einstein, further underlined that the field is the sole governing agency of particle matter. In light of this, we can claim that your biology is an expression of this stuff, but it’s actually shaped by the field of feel that exists. Whether or not you are present. Your field, your spirit, you are more than this. The first step toward your personal empowerment and creating the life you desire is to understand this.
I now hope that I have convinced you. In fact, if you want to believe the above concept and implant it in your so-called mind and subconscious level, you must write it down and read it multiple times so that it becomes ingrained in your so-called mind and subconscious level.
According to the English lexicon, creation is “the action of bringing something into being.” You have purchased this book in order to construct the life you want, your best version, your success tales, your life, rewrite it, and create anything this body can do. Therefore, understand the concept of your existence, let it sink in you, and then deep dive into the creation of your life.
The Creation. According to the Spiritual Scriptures, the concept of energy and matter has existed for a very long time, although the majority of Holy Scriptures assert that everything is energy. God’s “all-encompassing vitality” is referred to here as “Brahman” or “Param-atman.” All the gods and goddesses of all religions are regarded as imperfect or perfect representations of the Param-Atman. Since we have seen what science has to say about our being, a few holy Hindu texts assert, “The sense of I or self, which we refer to as ego, is the first thing God created.” This feeling of I possesses a will, which is not God’s absolute will, but rather some other limited will. Yes, this would also have originated from God’s will. Therefore, we might argue that God’s will supersedes Ego’s. The distinction, though, is that when the ego wills, it is called desire. This yearning was the initial vibration generated by Ego or I. As this grows, a wave and a vibration are produced. This is the foundation of consciousness.
Vibration: According to the “Advait” (Non Duality), sound is vibration and even science conforms to the same. Examining the centre of an atom of any substance will reveal that all matter is same. According to nuclear science and Einstein’s theories, the entire universe is a single energy flow (“Shakti”, or mother Goddess), and everything is an electromagnetic energy flow. So, if everything is same, how are distinct items manifested? This is supported by the various types of vibrations. The scientific premise that different frequencies of the same energy are the source of creation is identical to the religious belief and holy texts that the world was formed by the breath of the god Paramatmna manifesting as the sound “Om.” What factors influence the health and emotions of humans and other creatures? The breath is what traverses our body and neurons, etc. In the process of respiration, we generate vibrations, and the health of our bodies depends on them. Those who practise yoga and maintain their breathing under control are extraordinarily healthy. They do not flutter during times of loss and illness. In reality, in ancient India, Yogis remained buried in the ground in “Samadhi” until their pulse and heartbeat ceased. They are immune to medications, poison, and all forms of negativity. During breathing, they maintain control over the vibrations of the body (“Nadis”). This breath we are inhaling is not controlled by our will or desire; it simply flows spontaneously, yet it may be used to affect our vibrations. Mind, which is the origin of thought, and vital (Pranik) energy, which is the origin of breath, are one. The varied vibrations of the Nadis are responsible for healthy or bad thoughts. This is the reason why a healthy body and thoughts geared toward the establishment of a healthy and prosperous life are crucial to both the body and the mind. Immediately, you can do a simple test to demonstrate my thesis by observing your breath whether you are reading this or when you are at ease. Now, recall a time when you were incredibly furious, pause, and monitor your breathing throughout this thought. What do you observe when you count the number of breaths in both cases? The enjoyment you get when you engage in something tranquil, such as prayer or a walk in nature, is distinct from the pleasure you receive from sensual gratification. Similarly, the vibrations of the respective nadis will likewise be distinct. If you are experiencing exalted delight, you will breathe through the right nostril, but if you are experiencing sensual pleasure, you will breathe through the left. When meditating with increased concentration on the Serene Reality, which is the source of all your desires and emotions, the breath will flow through both nostrils evenly, gently, and rhythmically. When engrossed in the subject of your meditation, you will stop breathing, yet you will continue to live. The immense consciousness known as “Jnana” will thereafter be in full bloom. Both a man’s inanimate body and his consciousness, which is the substance of his life, are depending on the rhythm of his breathing. They either flourish or perish in response to it. Keep in mind, even if you don’t fully get it right now, that a man’s inner vibrations are controlled by the rhythm of his breath.
Following the completion of each chapter, we will engage in a series of actions or activities that we will refer to as action steps. Carry on with the activities that are mentioned after each chapter and add the next action of the following chapter as you move further in the book.
